I don't have any pictures, but I used a dremal to cut the lens, I just cut it out the same diamiter of the opening, I also hacked up the back of the dash so my tach would fit. Granted it was like 2 years ago and I did a crapy job.
Looks good from the front, but god forbid if someone looked under the dash
