well, they DO have your name on file...if you get 5 1969 packets, they'll probably *forget* to send you one at all....but if you have one of each year...or you make them think you have one of each year...then yeah...they'll send you one for each year.
Oh, BTW...the '70 packet is pretty lame...I would recomend getting the 70, but also the '69 packet too.
