Okay, update regarding front side marker lights. This threw me off...both were working before the circuit cluster swap. Anyhow, I decided to check them for power and found that the left side bulb had blown and the right side bulb wasn't making contact. Cleaned and replaced and now have both working.

Now everything works but the fuel gauge, so will take the cluster back out and check power feed.
