While there may have been exceptions, for the most part C10 Cheyenne Super had P01 full wheel covers, and C20 carried P03 hubcaps. But never saw trim rings on them factory, but there are a lot of dealer installed items. Most often I see the square body rally wheels added, but those were never factory installed on 67-72 models. Those became increasingly popular as time went on, and the P01/P03 were still often on the 73-up models.

All bets are off on K series, 67-72 4x4 usually came without hubcaps or wheel covers (Blazer typically came with P01).
