Re: 1957 Suburban and Panel trucks

You can find the US model numbers for most any Chevy truck by going to the

GM Heritage center site and then going to archives and on the drop down hit vehicle information kits. https://www.gmheritagecenter.com/

This page should open and you click on trucks https://www.gmheritagecenter.com/gm-...tion-kits.html

Then you get this page that lists all the years of trucks they have info on
https://www.gmheritagecenter.com/gm-...tion-kits.html

Then (way too many thens) you click on 57 truck and scroll down the pfd after it opens.

https://www.gmheritagecenter.com/doc...olet-Truck.pdf

Note the top page of most of the truck pfd are blank

You scroll down to the burb and panel info and the model designations will be there.

Lots more info on the truck on that pfd and you may be back to it real often.

71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
