No the holes remain exactly the same as original. With the 14 bolt, there needs to be a slight groove put into the axle tubes on both sides so that the u-bolts will pass by and line up with the holes. This groove does not need to be more than probably 3/4" long. The 14 bolt axle tubes are 3/8" thick, so this does not present an issue.

I do now offer a panhard bar mount for the 14 bolt.
