You could look into getting some mid-90's Ford F-600 mounts and adapting them to your frame. I had some before when I got the Cummins for a potential swap for my 69 C-50 but wound up going Duramax route instead.

You can also look up RTech Fabrication out Idaho either on FB or IG and look at some of the phots they have for the Duke and other builds. They have Cummins & NV4500 in their builds and will at least get you closer in way of fabricating something on your own.
