When I did the rear c5 brakes swap on my truck, I looked on rock auto, bought the oem cables for the caliper application and shortened them myself to fit the stock c-10 intermediate cable, then sent the cables off to i believe it was https://push-pull.com/custom-cables-brakes/
and they simply put a new crimped on end for the cable. while its not off the shelf, it was cheap and a very simple solution.
