You should not have to mess with the converter bolt holes on a "4L80E" flexplate

That has the flexplate, spacer, and bolts. All you will have to do is do a little grinding with a die grinder on the new flexplate to match you converter. The bolt holes are close but you have to open them up a little. Working fine on my LQ9/th400 and you won't beat the price!!!

Is that what you got from GM parts direct? If so, Its wrong, Looks like a 4L60E flexplate. It should look like this, Notice the 6 converter bolt holes.
