Cool project! I would recommend the Off Rod Designs SAS kit, it's bolt on however, you're going to need smaller lift springs from the front, as almost all kits add 3-4 inches of lift in the front brackets alone. Also, you'd be better off getting a Ford front axle and leaving your transfer case stock. (You can swap everything from the knuckles out to make it chevy 6lug if you get a 77.5-79 F250 Dana 44 axle) You're going to run into electrical, shifter, and other issues with that 205 transfer case.
