I may have posted about this before. But for less than fifty bucks, this is the best cosmetic mod I think I've ever done...
Well, the wood bed that I put in cost less than that, but I had the wood. No fair.

I stumbled on this on my own. But I think other Members (Maybe Mr. B...and others) have written about it.

I just washed the spray on bedliner...which was very, very "blotchy" (sorry, no "before" pics), masked up,
and sprayed the stuff in. I'm going to keep it as the finished surface on the inside of the bed.

I think it took three cans, tailgate and all.
