A few years back I had an old Husky ratchet that had finally given up the ghost. I went to get a new one and noticed that they had a lifetime warranty. So I thought what the heck and got my old one and brought it in to H.D. and I'll be danged. They gave me a new one. No hassle.
The one thing that they did that I thought was a mistake was let me keep the old one. They didn't want it. Who's to say that I couldn't just come back in a week and do the same thing again.
Now I'm honest guy and I wouldn't do that. But I'm sure that there are plenty of people that would.
I like Weber grills (Is it grills or grilles?
) I have 5 of them in different shapes and sizes. Although I'm not crazy about my Summit. It's too complicated for my simple mind. But my wife loves it. She bought it. ($1900

It's good to know that Weber stands behind their products. We need more of that.
