500hp would use our upgraded dual-speed 17" fan ($340 retail / $320 member price). The radiator is about 3.5" thick, and the upgraded 17" fan is about 3.5" thick as well, for a total of 7" thickness (it's a bit thinner than that combined, but we use that for planning purposes to give adequate space).
