The one in the pic I attached is different than a CUCV guard (which I have on my 73 Jimmy).
If you notice the 4 bolt mounting point is different as is the angle from the center point back. On the CUCV guard it is basically straight all the way across until it hits the light cutouts and then only angles back a bit. The one in the pic is straight only in the center section and then curves back from there to match the profile of the 69-72 grill profile
