You can spray coatings and rust removers in the back side of panels with an engine cleaning gun from Harbor Freight . They cost $9 and will blow paint and rust remover 3 feet . I've used them for years. If you decide to go with POR 15 or any other moisture cured uses silver not the black or clear. Silver formulation is your true airtight seal use multiple coats about 3 hours apart.
