I hope you have a speedy recovery! My wife is in her Physical Therapy phase following her rotator cuff surgery. She has been sticking to the whole regimen and it is paying off. But she does still spend most of the night in the recliner. It will be slow, but please take it easy and follow all of the doctor's instructions! Good Luck!
