A trick I learned long ago was when treating the inside of say a rusty panel, You coat the inside with this jelly and wait till it dries (24 hrs).
it coats and dries like a rock. then do your body work to the outside and never worry again of the rust coming through.

Thanks drivea55 for droppin in. Like your project by the way. Yeah I have used a lot of different stuff but I like the Naval jelly the best
, I won't use any other brand.
