I'll throw out the Devils Advocate warning..... Quality replacement wheel-bearing hub assemblies are expensive. Cheap Autozone/OReilly's stuff is only going to live a short life. Even shorter if you abuse it. And, the CPP 'Modular' spindles I recently purchased were way loose @ the Tie-Rod pad; the machining tolerance was not good so it's possible these suffer a similar issue.

Using a modified GM truck spindle w/a machined truck hub + an adapter bracket can be a good thing as you can maintain or replace your bearings as needed for much less.
