Looking at fixing/updating the lower door after (as many of you know) it has been hacked to fit a speaker. Using it as an opportunity, I did not like that access to the lower section of the door is limited... I wanted access for sound deadening, ease of glass install and make installing power windows and locks a little easier.

Burned these out (with cut template) on the plasma and will bead roll them in a few variations: 1, the 'stock' bead roll pattern and 2, a bead roll pattern that allows for a speaker install without looking out of place. Trying to 'update' while keeping some of the original 'feel'... even used the same fastener pattern.

Found these Custom plaques at a swap meet and will be using them somehow... that's the direction, will post update once finished bead rolling.
