You know that really isn't Funny, I actually think it's a darn Good Idea! I recently started walking about 3 miles a day and in 2 months I lost 35 lbs. Still have a little more Body than I need and I am going to try and ride a stationary bike during winter. Seems like it's more Fun to put it ON than take it OFF. Hang in there Rian,I've found that push aways are harder for me than Push Ups!

Yes, I have no choice, the good life certainly has caught up n a big way.

Just need to manage it appropriately now.
