I just installed mine, swb 72 4x4, a few months ago , all holes lined up and mines looks to be about 1/2 in. You do have the correct swb 4x4 brackets with the brace welded on the inside ?
Is you truck a 4x4 or 2wd, if it's 2wd I've read on here of guys having issues.
