Vintage Vehicle Services is in Canada. I got a report for my truck. It will tell you the original equipment on the vehicle, where it was sold, etc.
Here are some photos of the report, and an information pack that I received as well.
There was a mistake on my report, as the motor has a 1 bbl carb not a 2 bbl carb as shown.
