The Accuair manifold comes pre-drilled for gauge ports and ships from the factory with (4) 1/4NPT plugs installed. You can easily remove the plugs from the manifold block and install a set airline fittings ( 1/4 NPT size - tube ). From the manifold fitting you can run some small airline into the cab and connect to your gauges. For this case I would recommend using 1/8" airline as it's small and nimble to run, plus it doesn't take up much room under the carpet like the larger 1/4" airline will. The 1/4NPT - 1/8" airline fittings are very common and you'll need to get FNPT fittings for the back of the gauge to connect the airline to as well.
You could also simply place a "T" in line between each airbag and the manifold, and come off that "T" into the cab. The only thing with that is that you're going to probably be spending a little more on the fittings, plus it's a bulkier of a setup.
