If you can't get it together with what you have available that came with the truck, I would look at one of the "universal" hand choke conversion kits. They have a lot of odds and ends along with an arm or two that should fix you right up. And yes, before I got the pics, I was expecting my setup to come in on the passenger side like yours. Oh well, give an engineer a minute or two and he'll find something to change!!!
