Did 3/4 ton front axles normally ever come with 1/2 ton suspension or is this a legit 3/4 ton suspension?

It won't allow me to post pictures now for some reason. I'll try to get that figured out here soon.

only 3 long leafs in front. 8 lug. 10 bolt.
