As it sits, not running, likely no brakes etc, I would offer somewhere in the $1000-$2500 range depending on how nice the rear hoist is. A few arguing points to get the price point down would be the unknowns in running gear, brakes, slight damage, cost to bring a wrecker with a winch out to retrieve it if the weight doesn't surpass their limits etc etc.

But that depends too on if you are planning to flip or restore. I'd say plenty of potential to restore but if posted well/cleaned up and detailed some on fleabay or large nearby city CL's, you get easily get $4-5k if not more to the right guy. COE cabs only are listed between $4-10k out on the west coast, but a snub nose is a bit more unique, especially if complete.
