I'm sure the bear was either put down or tranquilized and taken far away . When they have no fear of humans it's not a good thing. We have them here and we make loud noises when going to the blueberry bushes up in the back field they run like hell. Most times they run away anyway unless you surprise them. Then they react accordingly.
