Get a coolant pressure test kit. Two tests to perform: static and dynamic. Static is where you put air in the Rad with a hand pump and see if it holds for two minutes. If it doesn’t, it’s going somewhere.

Dynamic is putting tool on the radiator but NOT pumping air into it. Start the engine and see if the gauge goes up rapidly. That will show you if cylinder gases are getting in the coolant.

Most likely though, you just don’t have a big enough radiator. Did these problems happen before you swapped radiators?
