Your welcome. Yes, I posted a pic on my build thread of my headliner I'm working on. Again you can always use heat to help form. For my headliner, each section is made up of compound curves. Once it is all in, I may go back and heat it to relax the tension some.

For my door cards I used 3/16 foam over the ABS then wrapped with material. I think 1/16" by itself would look too thin and flimsy for door cards.
