I have done this before. It's a slick mod like what might have been done from factory, as seen in cars and the next design of trucks. I'd rather see an engine gauge added under or on the dash, which is also an era correct thing. I haven't been doing clocks in the dash, though, since carrying a cell phone. No need to wear a watch, either. A clock in the dash is a touch of luxury car in your truck
