Yes, you will need a ball joint press to remove and install the ball joints in the lower control arms. The upper ball joints are riveted in from the factory. You drill the rivets out and the new ball joint installs with bolts. I borrowed the ball joint press tool from Oreilly Auto Parts to do mine. There are "How To" videos on youtube.
