I just got a price on a 10 x 20 storage building. Little barn doors on one end, a single door on the side and two windows. There was also a small loft for a little extra storage. 200 sq ft is the largest you can build here without permits. It cant be on a slab though, it must be built on blocks or something like that. It is 7000 plus taxes.

We also got a price on a small garage, completely finished, less wiring. I believe it was 24 x 20 and it was 17,800. They do all the permit work and such.
