i started working on the conversion today, i'm using a '76 for a doner, and i pulled both spindals, centerlink, and stearing box and pitman arm. i went ahead and purchased all new inner and outter tierod ends, adjusting sleeves, and upper and lower ball joints. the part number on the idler arm is same on 67 and 76 and i'm replacing the stearing box cause it has less play then my '67 box. check out http://www.fatmanfab.com/ they do a lot of tublar a-arms, and kits for lowering ect. not too steep on price either.

another question? does break line length to the front brakes matter? or can i relocate the stock position of the break praportiating valve (long word can't spell that one lol)? i assume the only thing that would matter would be brake line diameter.

anyways, thanks for the help! keep on truckin'
