ok i am doing a 1978/1985 blazer build. i have a 85 body on a 78 chassis and i want to purchase all the wiring harness new plug-n-play type. the steering column i am using is a 89 .. the blazer has pw,auto,ps,pb, rear power window, air cond . quad 85 lights .. i want to eliminate the computer but stay with HEI distributor. the dash gauges are 85.
so the big question is..[U]what year dash harness?[/U] in sure the 85 light harness is what i need. but can i use a 85 dash harness and unplug the computer? or ecm? another thing to add is i have installed a low horse 350 crate engine and 700r4 trans, running a quadrajet carb no smog..
