It looks like a GM wheel but as 60-66 noted, its not listed in any parts books. Not impossible its off something else sharing the 6x5.5 lug pattern from the same era. Not sure what that may have been.

I did a quick search thinking it may be a Ford or Dodge wheel, but nothing came up with those specs. I also checked at the AKH wheel site. They sell some rare wheels, but I did not find it there either.
