OP has mentioned that the Deluxe motor was maxing out the budget. I hope that budget has several hundred dollars in reserve for things like new motor + transmission mounts, belts, hoses, fluids, water pump, fuel pump, etc. Would really suck to have the new shiny motor sitting in the garage and no money left to finish the installation.
It is really amazing how fast the smaller things add up.
