I'm not sure, but some searching indicates they are T4.2 Neo Wedge bulbs.

The T4.2 Neo Wedge appears to have a 10mm base.

Here's a bulb kit on eBay that says it's specifically for 88-94 Chevy trucks, and it lists the bulbs as 10mm.
