Re: Bolt on Rack and pinion
The Rack kit came from unisteer yesterday... got started this afternoon. Got the rack bolted up. I simply removed the steering box, idler arm, and crosslink. The rack kit came assembled and bolts right in place of the steering box and idler arm..... so far no holes to drill and as you can see from the pics plenty of room on the lower control arms. It is still early but I am impressed with the fit so far.. I am installing this on an ls equipped truck so I am sure the steering shafts will require some work...... only time will tell....
