Re: will a 383 crank fit in my 88' silverado?
The crank came out of a 76 and thats all I was able to figure out about it but I believe it will work. Im getting a set of pistons next weekend but I was wondering if someone could tell me what the max size rods ill be able to use and what size pistons would work with them I know ill need an offset pin location to use bigger rods. But would it be better to just get shorter rods since that means less weight and more durability? Im just tryin to get some ideas on how to do this easiest and with a budget. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
