Here is a YouTube, it's all about doing this on a Ford but talks about the switch and connector a bit. You can also see how the washer works (and points out which wire it is that goes hot).

I also been looking for a Ford Wiper Switch/Motor diagram but so far this is the only one I been able to find (image attached). It is user created but it seems it is switching power from Off, Low, High.
