that's cool man yours works as is, it pushes down on the belt sdo the smooth pulley is perfect and works great. what size is your belt? i think it's supposed to be a 80. I wasn't sure I figured mine was wrong, but th eonly way for that would be wrong tensioner with the stud in the wrong place or hole in the bracket in the wrong place. I went by the compnine diagrams for belt routing and autozones part numbers for the belt size. with a/c is 88 and w/o a/c is 80 i think.
