Bought my house specifically for the garage. It’s hard to get a decent sized shop in the city limits, and I’m not willing to move to an acreage just yet. Maybe when the kids are older.

It’s 38’ x 26’ with a 9’ x 34’ car port on the back.

The only real crappy part about it is that I have to keep the heat at about 7degrees all winter as it has a a bathroom and thus running water. For some reason when they built the garage, they put the water meter in there. So i cant even drain the system in the winter. Just means I have work in there with regularity or else I’m just throwing money away.
