Eturnit3 - The factory bumper will always be there, I have designed the weight bumper/bracket to hang below the factory bumper, so that when on the street it looks better.
The rear cover will be at the axle end only for now as that is the end that will break long before the transfer case end breaks. But for the rear I had Kurt at DIY4x4 cut me a flat plate that will bolt to the front flange bolts that surrond the pinion on a 14 bolt. I will then weld a 8'' piece of pipe around that. Use 4 studs and slide the gaurd over it. It is kind of hard to explain without pictures. I will try and take some pics once I get it going but that could be a couple of weeks. As far as the front goes again I am only worried about the axle end and the only thing I know to do there is drill some holes in the pinion flanges. Again without pics it is hard to describe.
