I might put a jack on the frame behind the fuel cell, pull the springs out. Put the truck at ride height, then lower it a few inches with the jack and see how close those tires come to the frame rail. I'd be concerned the when the PH bar is level, you might be touching tire to frame.
You might have already checked the geometry, but if not, better to find out now..
