Here’s an oem red steering wheel I sold.

The owner wanted an aqua wheel.
He fixed all the cracks and painted it.
It turned out nice!
He said he had about 40 hours in it.

I would start with a new repop steering wheel,… or the new smaller diameter 15” repop wheels.
