There is a company that makes lower seat brackets that may help with the head room, but probably not so much for your legs. I believe they were fixed ( Non-adjustable ) I'm sure someone on here knows who makes them.

There was a small company at C/10s in the park a few weeks ago that makes lower seat brackets. They are based out of Texas. I will see if I can find their contact info. Maybe someone else has here their contact info?
