My dad had a '69. I forget how it was equiped, I just remember being plastered to the back of the seat when he stepped on the accelerator. Used to go blazin' accross the desert in that. Learned to drive on it. First time behind the wheel was coming out of that "crater" that holds Bartlett Lake- Some of you seasoned Zonies might recall when that was a gravel road. Figured I was going to spend at least 20K on a new car- Why not pick up one of these and dump money into it? I've spent a fraction of that and my '69 is already like a new truck!
