Yes. Being a New England guy for many years it was a real shock walking into a non-insulated garage in TX in the summertime!!!!! ...HOT HOT HOT.....

So.... although it was not part of my budget, a 24K BTU Mini-Split AC unit was also added to the garage in addition to the fully sprayfoamed shell.

It's been a great working environment ever since, but I do wish that it hadn't taken me so long to do all of that renovation work.... I did it all myself, because I'm stubborn and neurotic about the way I want everything to look.
