For those non-desert dwellers, this is Jumping Cholla cactus. Pronounced 'choy' 'a'. In Spanish a double 'll' is a 'y' sound. When I cleaned out the cab and under the hood, there was cholla everywhere. It's pretty nasty stuff, it gets stuck to you just by looking at it.
