I think I would leave it alone but a couple of items I'd mention:

1) The taillights are pretty low so a 3rd brake light(s) higher up somewhere would be good.

2) Not sure where you would put your license plate. There's a fair amount of real estate between the cab beltline and top of the bed so maybe mounted to the back of the cab? I don't see anywhere on the bed where it would look good and symmetrical. Assuming the cooler is part of your bed, rotate and move it to the front and center of the bed and mount it on there.
